Refunds & Returns Policy

Check each product for specific return policies.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-returnable Items

• Personal care/beauty products once opened
• Digital products
• Sale/clearance items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after approval
• Refund goes back to your original payment method

Shipping Costs

• If the item is defective, we cover return shipping
• Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping
